Upon your review, contact us to discuss your desired modifications. We will provide you with a personalized quote to complete if your request exceeds the 2.5 hours of the included design time.
2. Balance Due Before Plan Completion/Creation
Published price + Estimated Charges of your requested changes if any (less $500 Initial Payment).

Note: These Plans offer the minimum typical detail most Building Departments require to pull a permit. Your Local Building Department may require additional information that we do not provide. Please confirm with the Department or your Builder. Most Builders have the ability to supplement the plans to meet permitting requirements.
